Construction & Contracting
Construction is where Barraco Group began. Barrineti Construction Ltd. founder Tony Barraco was a journeyman and supervisor for a well established general contractor in Southwestern Ontario in the 1970s. Barrineti Construction Ltd. was formed in 1981 and has completed all types of projects under any contract model required.
DESIGN-BUILD
After listening to the needs and ideas of our clients a project scope is determined. Based on this initial scope preliminary plans and budgets are proposed and discussed. Upon finalization of plans and cost a contract is entered into to construct the project including architectural and engineering requirements. This provides clients with a single point of contact and Barrineti has responsibility for the full project.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Budgets, estimates, sub-contractor management, scheduling, cost reporting, quality control, supervision, project management and other construction project requirements are provided for a fee.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
Barrineti will deliver a stipulated sum, fixed price project based on a public or private client's architectural and/or engineered drawings. We have extensive experience delivering fixed price projects on time and within budget. Barrineti Construction also submits bids to undertake construction projects for public and private tenders.
Pre-Construction
Barraco Group has the expertise to take care of the planning, zoning, site plan and permitting process of any development.
Post Construction
We will equip, furnish and maintain buildings after construction is complete whether you require installation of industrial equipment, interior design, custom furniture installation, or building maintenance.
Developments And Leasing
Barraco Group has developed several residential subdivisions as well as commercial and industrial properties. We are currently developing a 42 acre business park in Leamington, Ontario offering build to suit facilities for lease or purchase. Our expertise and financial strength can assist you with your building financing through alternative financing and leaseback options.
